Just over 900 miles from Mt. Ararat, the resting place of the grand wood barge is where this coin was minted. On the coin is Noah, his wife and two iconic birds described in Genesis. Why would a coin possessing the Ark and some of its passengers be minted? Was it like printing an image of Zuess or did the one commissioning this coin believe the story to be true?
