Lost World Museum Store Return Policy

Our desire is to give you the finest customer service experience possible. 

What if my item was damaged or I received the wrong item?

In the off chance you receive the wrong item, or if the correct item is shipped but gets damaged during shipment, we will pay for the returned shipping charges when you return the item.  We will then pay the postage when we resend out your correct item or undamaged item.

However, if you ordered the wrong item, we ask you’d be responsible for the shipping charges to return it and any the cost to re-send you out the correct item. 

We do not charge a restocking fee, but the item must be in the same good salable condition it was received.  Please e-mail your request to return an item before you ship.

What are the return policies for Lost World Museum?

  • You may receive a full refund on merchandise returned within 30 days, with the original invoice/receipt.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition including all packaged accessories.
  • Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase.

We will notify you by email once we have issued your refund or shipped your replacement/exchange item. 

Any refund or if additional charges it will be processed on the original credit card used for purchasing.

When am I unable to return an item?

  • Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged.
  • Sale items or special order items.
